NBA Members Accidental Death and Dismemberment benefit offers $25,000 towards 24-Hour All-Risk Coverage for the Primary Member, $12,500 for the Eligible Spouse, and $2,500 for eligible Child(ren) and double the benefit for 24-Hour Common-Carrier and Scheduled-Air Common-Carrier.

*Not available in all states. Benefits are subject to change and based on state availability and benefit provider. Please contact the NBA to determine availabilty in your state.

Not available in the state of Maryland effective 05/01/2011.
