mission of the NBA Public Policy Advisor is to provide a forum to present issues
and actions facing Small Business and the Self-Employed. As
a fellow small business owner and entrepreneur, CEO & Founder of Terry Neese
Personnel Services and Terry Neese Temporaries, co-founder of GrassRoots Impact,
Inc. and Women Impacting Public Policy (WIPP), a long time public policy adviser
and former president of the National Association of Women Business Owners, the
National Business Association is proud to present information from Mrs. Terry

Mrs. Terry Neese - Known by the movers and shakers in Congress, Terry testifies
on a regular basis before the U.S. House and Senate, and is part of a "Brain
Trust" that provides important input to the U.S. Small Business Administration,
and various coalitions. She has built coalitions in both the Democratic and Republican
Parties to get key legislation passed.
