Benefit Cancer Plan
Providing full cash payment for first cancer diagnosis.
The Cash Benefit Cancer Plan will help you cope with
the financial burdens should you be diagnosed with cancer. As an NBA member,
who is under age 69, you are eligible to enroll in a policy that provides
cash benefits from $10,000 up to $50,000.
The Cash Benefit Cancer Plan:
Is for individuals, single parents, or families
Requires no hospitalization, pathological proof of internal or melanoma
Cancer is required
Considers only the covered individual's health - heredity is not an
issue
Requires no physical examination; a few health questions will determine
if you qualify
Will not reduce benefits at age 65
Requires no policy fee
Because this is a cash payment, you can decide how you
will use the money.
You can:
Consider standard, experimental, or no type of treatment
at all
Have reconstructive/cosmetic surgery
Cover outpatient expenses or at-home care
Pay prescription costs after hospital release
Pay off debts
Call the NBA with your NBA membership number to get the
name and phone number of your nearest Insurance of America agent.
