SCORE Online Counselor Assists Entrepreneurs
in All 50 States
Business Owners Get Questions Answered Through Ask SCORE
Washington, DCSCORE counselor Frank Leibold,
Ph.D., a volunteer with Grand Strand SCORE Chapter 381 in Myrtle
Beach, SC, has provided guidance and information to entrepreneurs
in all 50 states and the District of Columbia as an email counselor
through Ask SCORE on the SCORE Small Business Web Site (www.score.org).
Leibold has mentored more than 500 entrepreneurs nationwide.
Ask SCORE, SCOREs email counseling service,
gives small business owners the opportunity to ask for expert advice
anytime from the ranks of 1,200 email counselors. SCORE counseling
is confidential and provided at no cost, with responses to emailed
questions coming in 48 hours or less. SCORE email counselors assist
more than 10,000 new entrepreneurs each month.

Leibold, who has been a volunteer with Grand Strand
SCORE since September 2003, has also assisted entrepreneurs in Guam,
Puerto Rico, and stationed at military bases overseas. While most
entrepreneurs he has assisted have come from his home state of South
Carolina, he has also helped more than 60 business owners from Californiaand
dozens from Florida, Texas and Pennsylvaniain his virtual
tour of the country.
Leibolds 40 years of business experience
include positions with General Electric, Corning and Alcatel. He
assists small business owners on topics such as business development,
strategic planning, and marketing. As the founder of his own management
consulting company, he also offers expert advice on home-based businesses.
Since 1964, the SCORE Association has assisted
more than 6.5 million aspiring entrepreneurs and small business
owners through counseling and business workshops. More than 10,500
volunteer business counselors serve their communities through entrepreneur
education dedicated to the formation, growth and success of small
