As
an employer, you have an important role to play in helping your
employees
save. By starting a retirement savings plan, you can
help your employees save
for the future. Currently only 43%2 of
small businesses with 25 to 99 employees
do not sponsor a
retirement plan. By sponsoring a retirement plan, you can
establish a competitive advantage, as a retirement plan can help
to attract
and retain qualified employees. A retirement plan may
also offer tax savings
to your business and help secure your own
retirement.

2. How To Get A Prospect To Call Or Email You Back
By

A skilled salesperson doesn't immediately take no for
an answer. The
prospect's "no" simply means you've not given them
a reason to say
"yes" yet. By not calling you back after repeated
attempts to contact
them, the prospect is essentially saying no, but you don't
know why.
In order to learn their objections you must get them to return your
call
or email. If you don't then you stand no chance at closing the deal,
and adding them to your list of satisfied clients.

Plan Sponsors - 401(k) Plan Overview
There are several
types of 401(k) plans available to employers -
traditional 401(k) plans, safe
harbor 401(k) plans and
SIMPLE 401(k) plans. Different rules apply to each.
For
tax-favored status, a plan must be operated in accordance with
the
applicable rules. Therefore, it is important that the employer
be familiar
with the special rules that apply to its plan so the
plan is administered
in accordance with those rules.
