of Annual Meeting of the Members of
the National Business Association
In
accordance with Section 2.03 and 2.05 of the Amended and Restated
Bylaws of
the National Business Association ("NBA"), notice is hereby
given
that the annual meeting for the year 2010 shall be held on
January 12th, 2010,
beginning at 9:00 am, central standard time, at the
National
Business Association
5151 Beltline Road Suite 1150
Dallas, Texas 75254.
At
the annual meeting, the members will elect, by a plurality vote, a
Board of
Directors and transact such other business as may properly
be brought before
the meeting.
The following directors terms have expired:

Terry Neese and Mr. Tom Sailors
The Board of Directors of
the NBA hereby recommends the following
directors to fill the positions of
the directors whose terms have expired:

and Mr. Tom Sailors
No nominations have been received from
the membership to date by

will be eligible for
election at the meeting.
