Emotional and relationship challenges sometimes seem overwhelming. But personal problems are as treatable as any other health problem - if you know where to turn. The professionals in the EAP assess, advise, problem solve, and recommend options to help Premium members and their families deal with personal issues of any size.

·	Receive free unlimited telephone counseling 24 hours a day, seven days a week
·	Counselors will help with sensitive issues such as:
	- Depression, anxiety, or stress - Conflicts at work or home - Reliance on alcohol, drugs, tobacco, or food - Sexual, physical, or emotional abuse - Loss and grief - Change and transition - Counseling network is made up of over 5,000 professionals - If necessary, you will be referred to a local licensed counselor in your community
