November 25, 2023 is Small Business Saturday. Are you participating and are you ready? We reported previously that the NBA is sponsoring the R&B Podcast with Rieva Lesonsky and Brian Moran. Our first podcast featured Ken Yancey, NBA Board member and long-time small business supporter talking about small business in general and how the NBA can help those businesses succeed. The second Podcast features Jania Bailey, CFE, CEO of FranNet and franchise expert. Ever wondered if owning a franchise was a good opportunity for you? Listen to Rieva and Brian discuss the ins and outs of franchises with Jania. Turns out a franchise can be an excellent and affordable option for many.

The NBA is pleased to announce that we will be the sponsor of the R&B Podcast through December 2023. The R&B podcast which covers all things small business, was started by Rieva Lesonsky and Brian Moran, two award-winning small business advocates. Our first sponsored R&B podcast features NBA board member and longtime small business champion Ken Yancey. The trio discuss the NBA, its benefits, and how we help and support small business owners. They also discuss the challenges and opportunities of small business ownership in this informative and fun podcast.

As background, Rieva Lesonsky and Brian Moran have worked together since the 1990s, motivating and educating business owners and entrepreneurs. They first met while working at Entrepreneur magazine, and together produced a magazine for the SBA, as well as Urban Success and Winning Bids magazines.

Rieva and Brian (R&B) don’t just talk about business ownership, they live it every day. Rieva is the CEO of GrowBiz Media and SmallBusinessCurrents.com. Brian is the CEO of Brian Moran and Associates and SmallBusinessEdge.com.

And today they collaborate on a podcast series, “The R&B Show,” which addresses the challenges business owners face every day. And they do it all with a sense of humor.
